Motivation:
The Shape Bearer of the Year 2024 goes to a person who works at the intersection of art, craft and design. Using traditional methods and simple materials, she creates interesting and sophisticated designs that are both strong and beautiful. Art, interior design, graphic design and product development are among her areas of work, and she finds inspiration in cultural heritage, folklore and storytelling. With great accuracy and small details, she has taken on large customers such as Liseberg and LKAB. She has been recognized both at home and abroad. Two years ago, she got to represent Sweden when 115 female artists from 115 different countries exhibited together in the Art Connects Women exhibition in Dubai 2022.
