Every year, on the association's birthday on October 6, we manifest the importance of design by appointing the Shape Bearer of the Year. Through this, our regional associations recognize people, organizations or companies that with passion, innovation and commitment contribute to strengthening the form and design area in their part of Sweden.

Shapeshapers are the champions and enablers - those who, through creative power, community engagement and innovative ideas, are shaping our living environments and leading the way towards a more sustainable future. They are important voices in the contemporary design landscape and serve as inspiring role models.

Being named a Mold Bearer is an honor that lasts for a whole year, until the next Mold Battle on Swedish Mold's birthday. It is not only a recognition of the work already done, but also an encouragement to continue to influence, challenge and develop.
