Swedish Form's Advisory Board

An impartial expert body tasked with giving opinions on copyright protection for applied art. Opinions have in many cases helped to avoid and deter plagiarism, but have also been used as evidence in court disputes. The Board does not take up cases on its own initiative, but a notification must be made by an individual, company, court or other authority.
