What is Ung Svensk Form?
Ung Svensk Form är en årlig utmärkelse och turnerande utställning för unga formgivare. En jury väljer ut cirka 20 bidrag som visas på museer och kulturinstitutioner i Sverige.
Alla som ansöker är automatiskt aktuella för:
- utställningen
- stipendier från samarbetspartners
Vem kan ansöka?
- Verksam i Sverige eller svensk medborgare utomlands
- Max 36 år, eller äldre om du studerar vid ansökningstillfället
Alla designområden är välkomna

Har alla som ansöker chans att bli en del av utställningen eller få ett stipendium?
Ja, alla som ansöker till Ung Svensk Form har möjlighet att bli utvald till utställningen och/eller tilldelas ett av de 19 stipendierna.
Can several people be behind one application?
Yes, register the application with one name and indicate in the application that there are several of you. Remember that the application should be anonymous, so avoid mentioning names in running text. In case of further selection, all names will be included.
Should the application be anonymous?
Yes, the application should be anonymous. Therefore, make sure that your name is not included in any of the application documents.
Hur många ansökningar kan jag lämna in?
Du kan söka med så många projekt du vill som medlem.
What if I apply with a collection?
A collection can be included in an application, as long as it represents the same project.
How do I prepare the application?
Describe the project clearly with both text and images. Provide information on materials, techniques, craftsmanship and dimensions. Include close-up photos to give the jury a good idea of the entry. You can attach up to 6 images per application.
Can I apply if I am over 36 years old?
Yes, if you are a student at the time of application or graduating in the current year.
What happens if I move on?
- Step 1: The jury selects x number of entries for a jury meeting where your entry is physically displayed. The decision on whether to submit your work will be made in early October.
- Steg 2: På jurymötet fattas det slutgiltiga beslutet om vilka 20 bidrag som inkluderas i Ung Svensk Form. Alla sökande får besked under oktober månad, oavsett om de går vidare eller ej.

Can I apply with projects already shown in other contexts?
Yes, as long as the project is still relevant and represents your current design.
Can I change or complete my application after it has been submitted?
No, once the application is submitted, it is final. Check everything carefully before submitting.
What is included in a scholarship?
Scholarships can include travel, work opportunities, financial support or collaboration with our partners. The scholarships awarded vary each year. Find out more about our current scholarships here!
När börjar och slutar turnén?
Turnén inleds i februari varje år med premiär på en av landets ledande visningsplatser. Under året besöker utställningen drygt fyra framstående institutioner i Sverige.
