Justification:
This year's Mold Bearer has been active for over 200 years. It has a long history of employing Sweden's leading designers who, together with the mill's skilled glassblowers, create objects that have become an integral part of Swedish design history. Under new management, the factory is building on its strong heritage while opening up to new collaborations and new expressions. With a clear relationship to Swedish design, Reijmyre Glasbruk continues to develop glass that both bears traces of the craft's tradition and is intended to be used and appreciated for a long time to come. This is sustainability in action.
