Exploring the City: Case Krämartorget
What happens when we stop planning in theory and start test the city in reality?
Over the winter, Krämartorget and Södercity in Örebro have been transformed through a series of unexpected micro-interventions: an ice rink, a light projection, a dance floor. Small events that, together, have breathed new life into a place long perceived as static and forgotten.
Now we invite you to an evening where we’ll take a closer look at what actually happened—and what we can learn from it.
Lecture + moderated discussion
We’ll share our experiences from working with Krämartorget and open up a discussion about temporary experiments, access to public spaces, and how small changes can have a big impact. The lectures will be held in English.
We hope you’ll join us and contribute to the conversation about the future of public spaces in Örebro.
A warm welcome!
