Young Swedish Design is one of Sweden's most important platforms for young designers. But how can we take the next step and become a movement that not only shapes the future of design but also improves conditions for young people in the industry? By combining extensive scholarships with a touring exhibition, Ung Svensk Form highlights talents and creates meetings between design, business and society.
At the same time, it is crucial to address the challenges young designers face - such as precarious working conditions, limited funding and lack of long-term support. With Young Swedish Design as a starting point, how can we promote young designers internationally, strengthen collaboration with the business community and drive sustainable innovation? How do we build an ecosystem where young creators get the support they need to meet the demands of the future while contributing to a sustainable world?
Through digitalization, design incubators and global collaborations, Young Swedish Design can become a catalyst for new ideas and solutions.
