We start with Formfika and a viewing of the current exhibitions "The Future is Local" and "Omsorg", followed by a lecture with Lisa Bergstrand - designer, sustainability specialist and founder of A NEW SWEDEN.

Lisa Bergstrand shares her journey from international fashion design work in Paris to starting the sustainability-driven clothing brand A NEW SWEDEN. Focusing on Swedish-produced wool, Lisa talks about the material's unique properties, potential and challenges - and how design can contribute to a more sustainable textile industry.
Lisa is also currently exhibiting The Future is Local together with the furniture company VERK, where local production and responsible material selection are at the center.
The event is organized by Svensk Form Norrbotten, one of 14 regional associations within Svensk Form - a non-profit association with the mission to promote and highlight Swedish form and design. Want to know more or become a member? We are on site during the evening.
