At the moment, there is also a grant available for the official fee that you need to pay when applying for a patent, trademark or design. We will make such a grant application free of charge for you.

Registering a design gives you the legal right to protect your product's appearance against counterfeiting.

To register a design, it must be new and unique. You must ensure that it has not already been registered by another company. Design registration does not only apply to products. You can also register assets such as web designs, app interfaces and packaging.
