Member Trip to the "Rörstrand 300 Years" Exhibition

On Saturday, November 7, we’re organizing a members’ trip for members of the regional association in Örebro County, including a visit to Rörstrand in Lidköping and the ongoing anniversary exhibition “Rörstrand 300 Years,” as well as the mini-exhibition “The Set Table.”

An anniversary exhibition that allows us to discover the floral splendor and diversity that has grown at the factory over the centuries. We can marvel at the delicately hand-painted blue flowers of the early decorative painters, but also encounter today's design classics and enjoy modern interpretations where imagination is allowed to flourish.

We will depart at 8:00 from Tappställets parking lot in Örebro (near Gustavsvik) by bus in the morning and arrive home around 7:00 pm in the evening.

On the way back, we’ll stop in Laxå to see our own exhibition,“Rörelse,” which will be on display there at that time. We’ll also enjoy morning coffee there.

Once we arrive in Lidköping, we’ll have lunch at Skafferiet restaurant. In the afternoon, we’ll enjoy coffee and cake with an anniversary pastry at the museum’s café.

The trip will be free of charge for members of the Svensk Form Örebro County regional association and will include meals and snacks throughout the day.
Others will be able to join, space permitting, for a cost of 500 SEK (Tip: membership costs 495 SEK).
